Defined Cost Savings and Avoidance AH Group will customize and report Monthly Cost Savings including all transaction details reviewed in Monthly Continuous Improvement Meetings & submitted to customers Purchasing or Finance departments.

• Warranty Recovery New: AH identifies and facilitates all Premature Failures of components that may still be under OEM, Machine Builder or Integrator Warranty.

• Warranty Recovery Repair: If a component was previously repaired and fails prematurely, AH will coordinate, process and report the Premature Failure to responsible repair source and enforce the zero cost repair.

• Repair vs. New Replacement Impact: AH will report the savings realized when components are repaired vs. new replacement costs. Additionally this will positively impact Inventory Carrying Cost reduction strategies.

• Price to Price: AH will continually leverage all our customers repair spends to compliment repair cost/price reductions. One Accountable Source (Controlled Spend) to continually pursue lower repair costs with several sources.

• Reliability Improvements: AH tracks and reports all Root Cause Failures and Corrective Actions from all repair sources to compliment Reliability & Maintainability practices. Those customer disciplines charged with Predictive & Preventative Maintenance will now have visibility of Failure Trends and realized Improvements.

• On-Site Resource Cost Savings: If the Failed Component Review activity supports a full time or part time AH Account Manager, AH will provide at no additional cost to the customer.

• Premium Freight/Shipping Cost Avoidance: AH reviews current stock level and prioritizes all failed components shipped out for Warranty or Repair evaluation to avoid Premium (Rush/Urgent) Shipping Costs. AH Group reported over $75 Mil USD in Cost Savings to our customers in 2019. Our programs are offered for your consideration at NO Additional Cost with Minimal Risk.
